AMS Utiliserv’s team of utility service professionals is thoroughly trained in connecting and disconnecting meters for your company. Their training consists of classroom and field instruction with experienced supervisors. Included in the training is instruction in customer service methods and techniques. This additional training ensures our employees are able to handle various situations that may arise.

We provide meter connection services as either a stand-alone service or in conjunction with our other services. Our meter readers can be trained to handle these services while running a route. No matter how you choose to utilize this service you can be assured you are working with qualified personnel who are trained to represent you well to your customers.
